This is dependant on the time of year, in the winter and cold months we deem this as a matter which requires attention.

Before calling check, you must check that the boiler is on and that the boiler pressure is at the required level (usually level 1). If you have conducted these checks and the heating does not come on 30-minutes following any action taken. Then please report. We will aim to have a contractor with you within 24 hours of the initial report to investigate. Over extended ‘closed’ periods i.e. Christmas/Bank Holidays there may be a delay in contractor availability. We would aim to have the issue resolved within 3 working days – subject to contractor availability & supplier availability.

Yes, if this is a total loss of power which doesn’t extend to neighbouring properties

Before calling check, you must check:

  • the fuse board - that the switch is on and has not been tripped
  • neighbouring properties - to confirm if they do or do not have power

If  you are unable to obtain the power, then please report.

Gas Leak

Yes

Immediately call 'National Grid' emergency number and provided information of gas leak. They shall advise the course of action to take.

  • Turn off all appliances
  • Open windows
  • Leave premises
  • Over extended ‘closed’ periods i.e. Xmas / Bank Holidays there may be a delay in response times or contractor availability.
