Our aim is to support you to live well within the accommodation, we offer many services to support you from everyday living, working on your goals and to maintaining the accommodation. You will find useful information below, but we encourage you to reach out if you can not find what your looking for here.

Rent/Services Charge

Ensuring your rent and/or services charge account is paid up to date and within a good timely manner is an important responsibility while you reside in the accommodation (and even your own home within the future!). Payment is required weekly however, if you are experiencing issues it is important to let us know straight away via email.

Report Repair

We are here to help you keep the accommodation in good condition through our repairs services. All repairs MUST be reported via this form, as this will be sent to our maintenance team who will schedule the repair. It is dependant on what the repair is  and the level of urgency will be dependant on the timescale.

Your voice matters and we want to hear if you're unhappy. We will always try our best to provide exceptional services to you but sometimes it may not be right and you wish to raise this with us (and that's ok!). If you are unhappy about anything, please complete the form and a head office team shall investigate accordingly.

Our main focus is to ensure you are feeling completely supported and meeting your full protectional. Ensure your attend your weekly progression session and always speak to your progression coach if you need any help and/or advise. Here is some online assistances to assist with your accommodation or personal needs. We promise to do our upmost to ensure you are comfortable, safe and happy within your accommodation. We provide a wide range of professional documents and guides to meet and support your needs.

What is a budget?

A budget helps create financial stability. By tracking expenses and following a plan, a budget makes it easier to pay bills on time, build an emergency fund, and save for major expenses such as a car or home.


We have created a budget planner which can be downloaded to support you to record all of your income and outgoings so you can easily evaluate your finances. It can help you determine if you are overspending and support you to overcome any bad spending habits. 

What is a CV and a CV Planner?

A CV (Curriculum Vitae) is a short written summary of a person's career, qualifications/education and previous occupations. A CV is typically sent alongside a job application and cover letter when a job advert states "If you feel that you have these skills then please send us your CV". Your CV should remain up-to-date and factual. 


To help you get started, we have created a CV planner to help you plan out your CV.

What is the 'Healthy Home Scheme'?

In the current housing crises across the UK, we are more than ever driving towards providing independent and self-contained homes. 


Our 'Healthy Home Scheme' is well under its way, but "Rome wasn't built in a day", so while we build; we have created a housing survey request which will help you identify your housing needs and highlight areas of improvement. It will also allow you to access support under the 'Healthy Home Scheme' and be placed on our waiting list for acquiring your own accommodation.

What is Authority Form?

The 'Authority to Act & Disclose Information' form, allows us to work with you on your housing needs with a third party under the 'Healthy Home Scheme'.
